Overview
The Price Level Manager page lists every price level in the configured display order, with the customers assigned to each level shown alongside. Use it to create, reorder, recolour, or remove price levels, and to move customers between levels in bulk.
👥 Access permissions
Only users with access to Price Level Manager can view the Price Level Manager main page. Review user roles before granting access.

Key features
Search
Search by customer name or price level name.
Unassigned pane
Lists customers who have not yet been assigned to a price level. The total number of unassigned customers is shown at the top of the pane for quick reference.
Price levels
Price levels appear in a set display order that is reflected in:
The Price Level Manager page.
The Pricing tab of each product in the Product Catalogue (when price levels are enabled on the product).
Add price level button
Click Add price level to create a new price level.
⋮ (more options) menu
The ⋮ (more options) menu next to each price level offers the following actions:
Price level colour option
Choose a colour for visual differentiation. Select from preset colours or enter a custom HEX code.
Move all customers
Transfer every customer from the selected price level to another level in one step.
Delete price level
Permanently remove the selected price level.
