Adding, Editing, and Deleting Price Levels

Add, edit, reorder, and delete price levels to control how products are priced for different customers.

Overview

Price levels control the prices customers see and pay for products. The Price Level Manager allows price levels to be added, renamed, recoloured for visual distinction, reordered, and deleted in one place. Changes made here flow through to product pricing across the catalogue.

๐Ÿ‘ฅ Access permissions

  • Only users with access to Price Level Manager can add, edit, or delete price levels. Review user roles before granting access.

  • Sales > Price Level Manager


Add a price level

  1. Select add price level.

  2. Enter the price level name.

  3. Click Add.

๐Ÿ“ Notes

  • The new price level appears at the end of the table with a default black header. The colour can be changed later.

  • Newly created price levels automatically appear in the Product Pricing section when creating products marked as I sell this item.

  • For existing products, the new price level must be manually added in the Product Pricing section if required.


Edit a price level name

  1. Click directly on the price level name.

  2. Type the new name.

  3. Press Enter or click outside the field to save.


Edit a price level colour

  1. Click the โ‹ฎ (more options) menu next to the price level.

  2. Select Price Level Colour.

  3. Choose a preset colour or enter a HEX code.

  4. Click Save.


Reorder price levels

  1. Hover over the price level column until the hand icon appears.

  2. Click and drag the column to the preferred position.

  3. Drop it in place.


Delete a price level

  1. Click the โ‹ฎ (more options) menu next to the price level.

  2. Select Delete Price Level.

  3. In the confirmation pop-up, click Delete Price Level to confirm.

โœ‹ Warnings

  • Deleting a price level also removes all associated prices from every product in the catalogue.

  • Customers assigned to the deleted price level are moved to the Unassigned pane.

  • An Undo option appears briefly after deletion. Once dismissed, the deletion is permanent.
