Overview
The Workflow page is a Kanban-style view of every submitted sales order, grouped by status into columns. Use it to manage in-progress orders, share status with the floor team, and customise the columns to match the shop's actual production stages.

Only users with permission to access Workflow can view the page. Review user roles before granting access.

Key features
Search
Search by customer name, order #, or status.
๐ Note
Partial matches are supported. For example, typing "61" returns any order with "61" in its number (e.g. "610").
Views
Saved views capture a combination of filters and sort settings, allowing the same view to be reloaded across sessions.
Save a new view
Apply the relevant filters and click Views then select
Save new view.Enter a view name and (optionall) tick
Set as your default view.Click
Save.
Edit a saved view
Apply the changes (filters and sorts).
Click
Views.Hover over the view name and click
edit.Update the name if needed, then click
Update.
Delete a saved View

A view can be set as the default at any time by ticking
Set as your default viewwhile adding or editing it.Saved Views in Workflow are visible to all team members on their Workflow.

Deleted views cannot be restored.

Filters or sorts
Narrow and customise job cards by status, line item visibility, assignee, label, or required date.
Show/Hide statuses
Show or hide statuses based on which status columns are added.

All statuses are shown by default.
Show line item cards
Toggle whether the line item cards belonging to each job are visible or hidden.
Sort by
Sort orders within each status column. Available sort options:
Created date
Required date
Order number
Customer name
Most recent
Sort is applied in ascending order within the column.
Filter by assignee
Filter job cards by the assigned team member. Both Standard and Assignee user types added to the workspace appear in the filter list.

All is the default assignee filter.
Filter by labels
Filter by any of the labels configured in the workspace.
Required date
Set a date range so only job cards with a required date in that range appear on the Workflow.
Settings
Workflow Settings cover the additional configuration available on the Workflow page, including display options, order type badges, sorting and notifications.
Status column
Custom statuses that can be assigned to sales orders. Drag and drop a job into a status column to update the order's status accordingly.
โฎ (more options) menu
Each status column has a โฎ (more options) menu for configuring:
Status colour: Choose the column colour from presets, a custom HEX code, or by dragging the cursor.
Notifications: Enable email or SMS notifications for orders moving into this column.
Summaries: View summary metrics for the column.
Sort by: Set the default sort for this column.
Delete: Remove the column.
Add status column button
Click Add status column to create a new status. Configure its name, colour, and notification rules during setup.
