Sales Orders page overview
The Sales Orders page displays all your current Quotes, Orders and Jobs in a Dynamic Table, to offer advanced Views, with better tools for sorting, filtering, and customising data.

Sales Orders page features
Search orders
Search all data on the Sales Orders page except for numbers and amounts ie $ values, numbers with decimals places etc.
ποΈ Note: Search allows a partial search of Customer Name, Assigned to, Created by, Status, Sales Order number and Purchase Order number etc.
Views
Save personalised custom views
based on your area of focus.
ποΈ Note: Views are not visible to other Users/Team Members in your account.
Columns of data
Show or Hide columns to display/view default data on your Orders ie Labels, Assignees etc.
Select
Add custom columns
to create custom fields to display information on the Sales Orders page and/or on your Orders
Add Custom Columns

for non-default/additional information you'd like to display on the Sales Orders page and/or on Orders.
Adding a custom column creates a field to add to an Order.

Enter a column name
Select a column type

Filters
Apply Filters to refine and display relevent Quotes and Sales Orders.
Sort
Sort results in ascending or descending order based on your selected Filter and/or Column.

Select Options to:
Change the Status
of a Submitted orderArchive orders
Export raw data as an Excel/xlsx file.
Create order button
Select Create order
to create/open a new Sales Order, with a unique order number in the Order Details page.
Dynamic Table features
Checkboxes
Select one or more (for bulk updates) Quotes or Sales Orders and use Options features to make changes to Status, Archiving, or Exporting data.
Rows per page
Set the maximum number of orders displayed on a page using the dropdown in the bottom left corner, and save a new View to retain the number of rows/Orders to be displayed.
Use the arrows to navigate between pages.
Column headings
Move your cursor over a column heading to find and select the Sort button
Right click mouse to access:
Sort
to sort the contents of the column in ascending or descending orderFilter
to access Filter optionsHide
to hide the column from the tableMove to start
to move the column to the first column (after the Order # default-column) in the tableMove to end
to move the column to the last column in the table.
Making changes to Quotes and Sales Orders on the Sales Orders page
Archive and Duplicate
Right click any Order to Archive
or Duplicate
.
Archive
Selecting Archive
will archive the selected Sales Order and remove it from the default view.
Duplicate
Selecting Duplicate
will duplicate the selected Sales Order with a new order number automatically assigned.
ποΈ Notes:
When duplicated, an Order will:
Return to Draft status (removing Invoiced if the original Order was already Invoiced)
Be under the same Customer (this can be changed once the Order has been Submitted as either a Quote or an Order via Options > Change Customer)
Have the same Products
Not copy the Assigned to team members.
Opening a Sales Order
Click anywhere on a row (except for on editable cells) to view and/or edit a Sales Order in the Order Details page.

page, with Collaborate
, Checklists
, Tracking
, Linked Orders
and Timeline
features.
Editting a Quote or Sales Order on the Sales Orders page
The following Quote/Sales Order information is editable on the Sales Orders page:
