Delivery Dockets and Work Orders can be generated directly from Factory, with flexible options to include or exclude pricing, customise content, and add Attachments.

- With pricing: Administrators, Power Users, Standard Users, Standard Users - No Invoicing
- Without pricing: Standard Users - No Pricing, Productivity Users, Workflow Only Users, and Deliveries Only Users
- Please review <a href="https://help.factory.app/en/articles/11812268-access-and-user-roles-in-factory">user roles</a> prior commencing.

- Global Search &gt; search and select a Sales Orders &gt; <code>Options</code>
- <code>Sales </code>&gt; <code>Sales Orders</code> &gt; select a Sales Orders &gt; <code>Options</code>
- <code>Sales </code>&gt; <code>Customers </code>&gt; select a Customer &gt; search and select a Sales Orders &gt; <code>Options</code>
- <code>Productivity </code>&gt; <code>Workflow </code>&gt; select a Job Card &gt; <code>Options</code>
- <code>Productivity </code>&gt; <code>Delivery Scheduling</code> &gt; select a Job Card &gt; <code>Options</code>

- Customised Delivery Docket and Work Order layouts via <code>Settings </code>&gt; <code>Document templates</code>
- For Work Order PDFs, adjust display settings under <code>Settings </code>&gt; <code>PDF Settings</code> to suit production needs.

Ensure the Job/Order is not in Draft status

Go to <code>Options </code>&gt; <code>Delivery Docket</code> / <code>Work Order</code>

1. Ensure the Job/Order is not in Draft status
2. Go to <code>Options </code>&gt; <code>Delivery Docket</code> / <code>Work Order</code> 
3. Select <code>With pricing</code>

1. Ensure the Job/Order is not in Draft status
2. Go to <code>Options </code>&gt; <code>Delivery Docket</code> / <code>Work Order</code>

How to generate a custom Delivery Docket and Work Order

Select <code>Custom </code>&gt; then choose <code>With pricing</code> or <code>Without pricing</code>

Tick the Products to include and edit quantities if required

Click <code>Generate PDF</code> – a printable version opens in a new tab.

📝Note: Products in a Product Kit are auto-selected. Sub-Kits can be selected or unselected individually.
