PDF Options
Display company logo and address details at top of PDF

Include labour line items on PDFs
When enabled, labour line items are included on generated PDFs.
Automatically attach generated PDFs to the order's Collaborate tab
All PDFs generated via Options > Print/Email including Quotes, Invoices, Work Orders, Proforma Invoices, Delivery Dockets and Purchase Orders are automatically saved to the order’s Collaborate tab. This ensures documents remain organised, easy to access, and reduces manual filing.
📝Note
Users with hidden pricing who have access to the Collaborate tab cannot view these PDFs, except for Work Orders generated without pricing.
Work Order
Swap Order # and Page # location on Work Order PDF
Controls the placement of the page number on the PDF.
