Overview
Workflow Column Summaries display cumulative totals for each status column on the Workflow page: Total order value, Invoiced to date, and To be invoiced. They give the team an at-a-glance view of how much value sits at each stage of production, without opening individual orders.
👥 Access permissions
Only users with permission to access Workflow can view the page. Review user roles before granting access.

Available summaries
Each workflow status column can independently display the following summaries:
Total order value: Sum of all subtotal values (excluding tax) from parent jobs / orders in the column.
Invoiced to date: Total amount invoiced from parent jobs / orders in the column.
To be invoiced: Remaining amount to be invoiced for parent jobs / orders in the column.
📝 Note
Summaries update instantly when a job or order is moved between status columns.
Enable summaries on a status column
Go to
Productivity>Workflow.Click the ⋮ (more options) menu on the status column.
Select
Summaries.Toggle on each summary to display for the selected column.
Click anywhere outside the menu to close.
📝 Notes
Toggling summaries on or off applies the change across all permitted users in the workspace.
Summaries are not visible on the Factory Mobile app at this stage.
