Workflow Column Summaries overview
Workflow Column Summaries displays cumulative totals of Total order value, Invoiced to date, and To be invoiced (if enabled).
👥 Access Permissions: Only Administrator, Power User, Standard User, and Standard User (No Invoicing) roles have access to this option in Workflow. Please review user roles prior commencing.

Workflow Column Summaries features
Each Workflow status column can independently display the following Summaries:
Total order value
Sum of all sub-total values (exclude tax) from parent jobs/orders in that column.
Invoiced to date
Total amount invoiced from parent jobs/orders in that column.
To be invoiced
Remaining amount to be invoiced for parent jobs/orders in that column.
🗒️ Note: Summaries update instantly when a job/order is moved to another status.
Enable Workflow Column Summaries
To enable, follow these steps:
Go to
Productivity>WorkflowClick the kebab/other options menu (⋮) on a status column
Select
Summariesand toggle on each Summaries to enable it for the selected column
Click anywhere outside the menu to close.
🗒️ Notes:
Changes made (toggling Summaries on or off) by any permitted user will apply across all accounts of permitted users.
Summaries are not visible on the Factory Mobile app at this stage.
