Overview
Line Item Cards appear as separate cards on the Workflow page, one per line item on a job or order. This lets the team track and move each item independently as it progresses through production.

Only users with permission to access Workflow can view the page. Review user roles before granting access.

Line Item Cards do not trigger email or SMS notifications.
For product kits, only the parent kit and any sub-kits appear as line item cards. The individual items inside those kits are not displayed as separate cards.
Manage line item cards
Line Item Cards are managed alongside Parent Job Cards on the Workflow Kanban view. The following operations are available:
π Notes
A line item must have a status set in the Tracking tab before its line item card appears on Workflow.
If a line item's status hasn't been configured, the corresponding line item card does not appear on Workflow.
If a line item is assigned a custom status that doesn't exist as a Workflow column, the corresponding line item card does not appear on Workflow.
Set the line item status on an order
In
Workflow, click an order to open it.Select the
Trackingtab.Set the status for each line item as required.
Show or hide line item cards
Once line item statuses have been set in the Tracking tab, line item cards can be shown or hidden on the Workflow page in two ways.
For all jobs
Click filter icon
Select
Show line item cardsand choose eitherShow line item cardsorHide line item cards
For a specific job only
Right click parent job card.
Select
Show line item cards. If line item cards are already displayed for that job, the option appears asHide line item cardsinstead.

Line item cards are linked to the line item statuses in the
Trackingtab.If a line item's status is manually adjusted in the Tracking tab, the corresponding line item card moves on Workflow accordingly.
Likewise, if a Line item card is dragged into a new status column on Workflow, the line item's status updates in the Tracking tab.
