Overview
The Contacts
tab shows all contacts linked to a Customer. Contacts can be:
Added to Orders
Set to receive Order status notifications
Recipients of Quotes and Invoices
๐ฅ Access Permissions: only users with access to Customers can view Customers main page. Please review user roles prior commencing.

> select a Customer >Contacts
Global Search > search for a Customer >
Contacts
Key features
Search
Search by Contact name, phone, mobile number, or email address.
๐Note: partial search is supported. For example, searching โJeโ will return both Jessica and Jeffrey.
Add contact
Add contact
button allows new Contacts to be added to a Customer account.
๐Note: there is no limit to the number of Contacts that can be added per Customer.
Kebab menu (โฎ)
Use the kebab icon (โฎ) next to a Contact to access the Delete
option.
How to add a Contact
Select
Add contact
Complete the following fields:
Click anywhere on the white background to automatically save the Contact.
๐Note: if Customers exist in accounting packages (MYOB, QBO, or Xero), bulk Contacts can be imported in bulk via Settings
> Integrations
> Import Customers
.
How to edit a Contact
Click the + icon next to the Contact to expand it
Update the Contact fields
Click anywhere on the white background to automatically save changes
How to delete a Contact
Click the kebab icon (โฎ) next to the Contact
Select
Delete
.
๐Note: deleting a Contact does not remove them from historical Orders.
