Overview
The Contacts
tab shows all contacts linked to a customer. Contacts can be:
Added to orders
Set to receive order status notifications
Recipients of quotes and invoices

> select a Customer >Contacts
or use Global Search > search for a customer >

Key features
Search
Search by contact name, phone, mobile number, or email address.
๐Note: partial search is supported. For example, searching โJeโ will return both Jessica and Jeffrey.
Add contact
Add contact
button allows new contacts to be added to a customer account.
๐Note: there is no limit to the number of contacts that can be added per customer.
Kebab menu (โฎ)
Use the kebab icon (โฎ) next to a contact to access the Delete
option.
How to add a contact
Select
Add contact
Complete the following fields:
Click anywhere on the white background to automatically save the contact.
๐Note: if customers exist in accounting packages (MYOB, QuickBooks Online, or Xero), bulk contacts can be imported in bulk via Settings
> Integrations
> Import Customers
.
How to edit a contact
Click the + icon next to the contact to expand it
Update the contact fields
Click anywhere on the white background to automatically save changes
How to delete a contact
Click the kebab icon (โฎ) next to the contact
Select
Delete
.
๐Note: deleting a contact does not remove them from historical orders.
