Create price levels and discounts

Price Level Manager overview

Create different price levels/discounts for different Customers.

Locating this section in app: Sales > Price Level Manager


Price Level Manager page features

A searchable, editable table where price levels are added to be applied to each of your Customers.


Search

Search by Customer Name or Discount name.


Adding a price levels

Creating a price level adds a column to the Price Level Manager table (this could be a discount column):

  1. Select add price level.

  2. Add a name of a price level i.e. 10% discount.

  3. Select Add.


Editing a price level

Edit any Price Level column, by clicking in the heading name to alter it, or via the kebab/other options menu to:

Set a price level colour

  1. Select from pre-assigned colours or add a HEX code, or drag your cursor to set a desired colour.

  2. Save.


Move all customers

Move all Customers listed under the Price Level to another Price Level column.

  1. Move all customers.

  2. Select the Price Level where to move the selected Price Level.


Delete a price level

Selecting Delete will remove all related pricing from every product where this price level exists.

🚫 Warning: this action cannot be undone.


Assigning Customers to Price Level

Customers will be billed based on the price specified in the Price Level column. Assign Price Level for a Customer by going to:

πŸ—’οΈ Notes:

  • Any time you create an Order for the Customer and you add a Product to the Order only their assigned Price Level pricing will display by default (rather than ALL price levels)

  • Select Show all price levels to view "other" Price Levels when adding Products to an Order.


Customer Settings

Set a default Price Level for your Customers.

  1. Select Sales > Customer.

  2. Choose a Customer or use Search customers field to easily locate.

  3. Select Settings.

  4. Select the Price Level designated for the Customer.


Price Level columns

Drag and drop Customers listed under Unassigned to the required Price Level column, or use Move all customers to move Customers in bulk.
