Overview
This guide outlines how to add, edit, and delete price levels in the Price Level Manager.
📍Where to find it in the app: Sales > Price Level Manager
👥 Access Permissions: Only users with access to Price Level Manager can view Price Level Manger page. Please review user roles prior commencing.
How to add a price level
Select
add price level
Enter price level name
Click
Add.
📝Notes:
The new price level appears at the end of the table with a default black header, which can be edited later
Newly created price levels automatically appear in the Product Pricing section when creating products marked as I see this item
For existing products, the new price level must be manually added in the Product Pricing section, if required.
How to edit a price level name
Click directly on the price level name
Type the new price level name
Press Enter or click outside the field to save.
How to edit price level colour header
Click the kebab menu (⋮) next to the price level
Select Price Level Colour
Choose a preset colour or enter a HEX code
Click Save.
How to arrange price levels
Hover over the price level column until the hand icon appears
Click and drag the column to the preferred position
Drop it in place to reorder.
How to delete a price level
Click the kebab menu (⋮) next to the price level.
Select Delete Price Level.
In the confirmation popup, click Delete Price Level.
✋ Warning:
Deleting a price level will also remove all associated prices from each product
Customers assigned to the deleted price level will be moved to the Unassigned pane
An Undo option will appear briefly. Once dismissed, the deletion is permanent.
