How to get it changed
This isn't a setting you toggle yourself — get in touch with Support and let us know the exact wording you'd like (up to 20 characters — "VAT" and "GST" both work). We'll set it for your account.
Good to know
You won't usually need to rebuild or republish your PDF template for the new label to appear — it applies automatically. We'll let you know if your template is one of the few that needs a small update.
Documents already sent or downloaded before the change keeps the old wording — generate a fresh copy to see the update.
This only changes the wording shown — it doesn't affect how tax is calculated, your tax rate, or anything that syncs to your accounting software.
