Overview

The Invoicing settings control how invoice emails are sent and managed. This includes setting reply-to email addresses, choosing who receives internal copies, and creating default messages for customer emails.

Emailing Options

Set up how invoice-related emails are sent and managed.


Customise where invoice email replies are sent

Define the email address that receives customer replies to invoice or partial invoice emails. When a customer replies to an invoice email, the response is delivered to this address.

Send a copy of invoice emails to:

Automatically send a copy of all invoice and partial invoice emails to selected recipients. This is useful for keeping internal teams informed whenever invoices are issued.
