Purchase Order Options

Default columns to display on purchase orders

Discount toggle: When enabled, the Discount field will always be visible when creating Purchase Orders.


Automatically update purchase price on POs to 'cost' price on linked sales orders when items are marked as received

When items are marked as received, the Buy Price on the Purchase Order updates the Cost value on the linked Sales Order.

  • Applies to: Basic Products, Lineal Metre Products, Square Metre Products, Standard Kits.

  • The Purchase Order must be linked to the Sales Order for updates to apply.


Automatically update supplier pricing when items are marked as received

When items are marked as Received, the Buy Price is updated in the Product Catalogue.

  • A Supplier must be assigned to the product for this feature to function.


Use Sales Order PO value as Purchase Order Reference when creating purchases via Purchase Products

When creating Purchase Orders via the Purchase Products option on a Sales Order, the Sales Order PO value is automatically used as the Purchase Order reference.


Emailing Options

Customise where purchase order email replies are sent:

Specify the email address that will receive supplier replies when Purchase Orders are sent.
