Overview

Configure how Quotes and Sales Orders behave, including display preferences, sorting, and product handling.

Order Settings

Default columns to display on orders

Select which fields are displayed by default when creating Quotes or Sales Orders:

  • Job

  • Cost

  • Markup

  • Discount


Automatically sort lengths on orders

Set how length-based items are sorted:

  • Smallest to largest

  • Largest to smallest


Display individual Product Kit items on

Control how items within product kits are displayed. Settings applied here will be used as the default for newly created kits.

  • This can also be configured per kit in Product > Product Catalogue, with this setting acting as the default for new kits.


Display Product Kit sub-kits on

Control whether sub-kits within product kits are displayed.

Order Options

Group products on order by their product category

  • Automatically groups products on an order by category for improved visibility.

Display kits as minimised by defaults

  • Product kits are collapsed by default on orders. Select the + icon to expand and view included items.

Duplicate length and square metre line items when kit quantities are increased

  • Lineal metre and square metre items are duplicated. Quantities are scaled based on the kit quantity


Product Options

Minimum length charged(Lineal metre products

  • Set a minimum chargeable length for lineal metre products.

Flashings (if enabled)

Minimum length charged(Flashings)

  • Sets the minimum billable length for flashing products. Any quantity below this minimum will be charged at the defined minimum length.

Crush and Fold bend number(Flashings)

  • Defines the number of crush and fold bends applied to flashing products for pricing and production calculations.
