Configure quote-related email settings, including reply handling, email copies, and default messaging.

Emailing Options

Enable and configure email addresses as required for quote communication.


Customise where Quote email replies are sent

Set the email address that receives replies when a Quote is sent to a customer. When a customer replies to a Quote email, their response is delivered to this address.

Send a copy of Quote emails to

Automatically send a copy of all Quote emails to specified email addresses. This can be used to keep internal team members informed when Quotes are sent.

Include custom message on Quote emails

Add a default message that appears on all Quote emails sent to customers.
