Overview
Order Confirmations can be emailed directly from Factory. Each email includes a link to view the full Order details online.
👥 Access Permissions: only available to users with assigned permissions for accessing Sales Orders. Please review user roles prior commencing.

Global Search > search and select a Sales Orders >
OptionsSales>Sales Orders> select a Sales Orders >OptionsSales>Customers> select a Customer > search and select a Sales Orders >Options
How to email an Order Confirmation
💡Tips:
Enable
Include pricing information on order confirmationif required viaSettings>Order confirmationsEdit the default email message in
Settings>Order confirmationsusing the text field to avoid retyping content each time a Order Confirmation is sent.
Ensure the Sales Orders is not in Draft status
Go to
Options>Order ConfirmationChoose a Contact from the list, or:
Click
Email.
How to Email an Order Confirmation with Attachments
Files auto-attached from the Collaborate tabs of the selected Customer and added Products are automatically displayed in the Attachments list.
Ensure the Sales Orders is not in Draft status
Go to
Options>Order ConfirmationSelect Attachments from the list, or click
add attachmentto upload new filesChoose a Contact from the list, or:
Click
Email.
📝Note: maximum of 10 MB total (email + attachments) can be sent per email.
What the Customer Sees
When an Order Confirmation is emailed:
Clicking View my order opens a secure web page showing the full Order details.
