Overview
In Factory, Quotes and Sales Orders cannot be deleted but can be archived for record-keeping.
👥 Access Permissions: only available to users with assigned permissions for accessing Sales Orders. Please review user roles prior commencing.

Global Search > search and select a Sales Order >
OptionsSales>Sales Orders> select a Sales Order >OptionsSales>Customers> select a Customer > search and select a Sales Order >Options
How to archive a Sales Order
From the Order details page
Ensure the Sales Order is not in Draft status
Go to
Options>ArchiveA short confirmation popup will appear. Select
Undoif needed; otherwise, the Sales Order will be moved to Archive.
From the Sales Orders Page
Right-click on the Sales Order row
Select
Archive
A short confirmation popup will appear. Select
Undoif needed; otherwise, the Sales Order will be moved to Archive.
How to archive multiple Sales Order
In Sales Orders page, tick the boxes next to the Sales Orders to archive
Select
Options>Archive
A confirmation popup will appear. Use
Undoto cancel if needed; otherwise, the selected Sales Orders will be moved to Archive.
How to view Archived Sales Orders
Go to the Sales Order page
Select the Filter icon
In the Where field, select
Status
In the is field, select
Archived
Click
Apply.
