Overview
In Factory, Quotes and Orders cannot be deleted but can be archived for record-keeping.
👥 Access Permissions: only available to users with assigned permissions for accessing Sales Orders. Please review user roles prior commencing.

Global Search > search and select a Quote >
OptionsSales>Sales Orders> select a Quote >OptionsSales>Customers> select a Customer > search and select a Quote >Options
How to cancel a Quote
Ensure the Quote is not in Draft status
Go to
Options>Cancel QuoteIn the confirmation pop-up, select
Cancel Quote.
📝Note: cancelling a Quote moves it to Archived status.
How to archive a Quote
From the Order details page
Ensure the Quote is not in Draft status
Go to
Options>ArchiveA short confirmation popup will appear. Select
Undoif needed; otherwise, the Quote will be moved to Archive.
From the Sales Orders Page
Right-click on the Quote row
Select
Archive
A short confirmation popup will appear. Select
Undoif needed; otherwise, the Quote will be moved to Archive.
How to archive multiple Quotes
In Sales Orders page, tick the boxes next to the Quotes to archive
Select
Options>Archive
A confirmation popup will appear. Use
Undoto cancel if needed; otherwise, the selected Quotes will be moved to Archive.
How to view Archived or Cancelled Quotes
Go to the Sales Order page
Select the Filter icon
In the Where field, select
Status
In the is field, select
Archived
Click
Apply.
