Delivery Scheduling (Factory Mobile)

Easily view schedule deliveries via Mobile App

🗒️ Notes:

  • Make sure to download or update Factory Mobile, which is available for both Android and iOS

  • Assigning/scheduling orders to be delivered still needs to be done via Factory Web.

Delivery Scheduling (Factory Mobile) overview

Locating this section in app: tap on the hamburger menu > select Delivery Scheduling.


Delivery Scheduling page features

Use filters and search to create a weekly view of all deliveries.


Search

Search by Order # or Customer name.


Filters

Diverse filters to locate Orders in Delivery Scheduling calendar easily:

  • Filter by labels created to tag jobs with particular information

  • Filter by assignee designated to fulfill the order

  • Filter by required date allows visibility of required delivery schedule for orders between the selected time period.


Views

  • Daily - All Vehicles

View all Vehicles in a selected day.

🗒️ Note: when Daily - All Vehicles is selected, tap the current date in the top left corner of the Delivery Scheduling calendar to change it, and a calendar will appear to toggle between dates.

  • Weekly - Single Vehicle

View a selected Vehicle over a five day period.

🗒️ Note: when Weekly - Single Vehicle is selected, a Truck icon will be available to choose which vehicle to view.


Mark as Delivered/Unmark as Delivered

Tap the Order and select Mark as Delivered to indicate it's delivered. To undo, tap the Order and choose Unmark as Delivered.

🗒️ Note: once an Order is marked as Delivered, it will have a teal background and return to a dark blue background once it’s unmarked.


Mark as Picked Up/Unmark as Picked Up

Tap the Order and select Mark as Picked Up to indicate it's picked up. To undo, tap the Order and choose Unmark as Picked Up.

🗒️ Note: once an Order is marked as Picked Up, it will have a teal background and return to a dark blue background once it’s unmarked.


Upload Proof of Delivery (POD)

Team Member assigned to deliver Orders have the capability to upload Proof of Delivery. To do this, follow these step:

  1. In the Factory Mobile > Delivery Scheduling calendar view tap on an open an Order.

  2. Choose View order details.

  3. Select Collaborate tab and tap on plus (+) icon.

  4. Choose Photos/Files (this could be a photo or video of where the delivery has been dropped and/or a signature on a Delivery Docket), select Add. The photo/video will be added to the message and press Sendbutton.


Capture a customer signature

Team Member assigned to deliver Orders have the capability to capture a signature once the delivery’s completed. To do this, follow these step:

  1. In the Factory Mobile > Delivery Scheduling calendar view tap on an open an Order.

  2. Choose View order details.

  3. Select Collaborate tab and tap on plus (+) icon.

  4. Choose Sign to obtain a digital signature. Enter the Customer name and have the Customer add a signature and select Done.
