Factory Mobile App

The Factory Mobile app is available for download on both Android and iOS.


Factory Mobile features

  • Factory Mobile app lets you access Sales Orders and their features i.e. Details, Collaborate, Checklists, Tracking, Linked Orders, and the Timeline.

  • Timesheets are also available in Factory Mobile, allowing you to add, edit, or delete time entries, as well as approve or unapprove them.


Sales Order

πŸ—’οΈ Note: Sales Orders page displays a list of Orders, with the primary details shown for each Sales Order, including the Order #, Customer, and the Status of the Order.


Search

  • Sales Orders can be search by Customer, Order #, Status and Created By.


Details

  • Selecting a Sales Order will display the Details tab, where you can view information such as Created By, Created Date, Required Date, Assigned To, Invoice Status, Order Status, Contact, Bill To, PO, Deliver To, Labels, a list of ordered Products, and pricing.

πŸ—’οΈ Notes:

  • Sales Orders details cannot be modified in Factory Mobile

  • If changes have been made to the website, please refresh the app by swiping down on the screen to see the updates.


Collaborate

  • All the Collaborate features available in Factory on the website are also accessible in Factory Mobile, including sharing and viewing photos and files, using the camera, signing for proof of delivery, and receiving app notifications on your mobile device if someone mentions you in Collaborate.


Checklists

  • Existing Checklists features are also accessible in Factory Mobile except saving Checklists as templates.


    Tracking

  • Team Members can Clock on/Clock off for each line item, add manual time entries to the selected order, and update the status of each line item in the Tracking tab.


Linked Order

  • Orders linked to the selected Sales Order can be viewed in Linked Orders tab.

πŸ—’οΈ Note: linked Purchase Orders will be displayed though accessing the Order details is unavailable.


Timeline

  • The Timeline summary and chronological history of changes made to the Sales Order are available in this tab.


Timesheets

  • Handy records the amount of time a Team Member has worked, on specific Orders and Line Items.

  • Tapping on the plus (+) icon will provide more details on the Timesheet entries, such as the Order #, Customer, and Time Worked.

  • The option to Update Status, Duplicate, Edit, Delete, and Cancel action will be available after tapping on the time entries.

πŸ—’οΈ Notes:

  • Review user roles/user types, as some options to manage time entries may not be available to other user types, except Admin.

  • Add time entry option can also be found by tapping on the hamburger menu and the Tracking tab in Sales Orders.


Profile

  • Tapping your avatar icon opens the Profile settings

  • The options are similar on to those on the website, where you can edit/set the First name, Last name, Email address, PIN, Password, and Timezone except for personalising the avatar colour

  • Make sure to select Save to retain changes or Cancel to exit out of the Profile

πŸ—’οΈ Note: Profile can also be accessed by selecting the hamburger menu, which is always located at the top left corner of the Factory Mobile screen, then locating Profile.


Sign out

  • Easily sign out by selecting the hamburger menu and locating Sign out button.
