Timesheets Overview
Record the amount of time a Team Member has worked, on specific Orders and Line Items (marking time against specific Orders and/or Line Items is optional).
Includes Timesheet Managers and Timesheet details page.

Timesheet Manager
The Timesheet Managers page shows the summary of submitted Timesheets for the current week.
Timesheet Managers page features
Search
Utilise Search to find a Team Member's timesheet.
Options
Approve or Unapprove multiple Timesheets simultaneously.
ποΈ Note: Unless a Team Member is selected, the option to Approve or Unapproved remain greyed out.
Add timesheet
When Add timesheet
is selected, an Add timesheet popup will appear to date, time, specific Order details to a Team Member.
Team Member list
Users other than Administrators can only view their submitted Timesheets.
ποΈ Note: Administrators can view all Timesheets submitted in Timesheet Managers page.
Weekly Calendar
The current week dates are displayed by default; navigate between weeks (backwards and forwards) using the forwards or backwards arrows
Total: Display of the total number of hours for a given day or week
Kebab/other option menu: The option to approve, unapproved, or delete a specific timesheet.
ποΈ Note: In Timesheets Managers page, you cannot delete a Timesheet unless you select a Team Member's Timesheet.
Timesheet Details
After selecting a Timesheet from the Timesheet Managers page, the Timesheet Details page displays information about the selected timesheet.
The Timesheet Details page is where Timesheets are added, approved and deleted.
The main body of a Timesheet is split into three parts, the:
Top section with Team Member's name and current weekly view on Calendar.
Search and options section advanced section to search, action and add Timesheets.
Time log section with Order #, Customer Name, Product, Start/Finish Time, Time Worked and Status.
Top section
Team Member: Where name of the Team Member's Timesheets is shown.
Weekly Calendar: The current week dates are displayed by default and can be adjusted either ahead or backward.
ποΈ Note: The total Time Worked for a specific day is displayed below the date.
Search and Options section
Timesheet Details Search: Advanced search option for locating Timesheets linked to an order. Customer Name and Product are the searchable information in the search bar.
Options
: Button to approve, unapproved, and delete multiple Timesheets. Unless an Order # is selected, the options remain grayed out.Add timesheet
: This option allows the addition of timesheets.
Time Log section
Order #: Order number assigned to a Team Member linked when added a Timesheet. Checkboxes beside Order # are used to approve, unapproved, edit, duplicate and delete multiple Timesheets.
Customer Name: Name of customer which Order # is for.
Product: Products/item/kit included in the order.
Start Time: Record time when the work began.
Finish Time: Record time when the work finished.
Time Worked: The number of hours spent working.
Status: Awaiting approval, approved and unapproved.
Kebab/other options menu: The option to approve, unapproved, or delete a specific timesheet.
ποΈ Note: Order #, Customer Name, and Products - remains blank if Order # and Line Item are not added when creating Timesheets.
Timesheet Statuses
To view the status of an added Timesheet, select a Team Member and locate Status Field.
Statuses that you can come across:
Awaiting Approval - Timesheet approval is pending.
Approved - Submitted Timesheet has been accepted.
Unapproved - Submitted Timesheet has been rejected.
