Xero integration
Follow the steps below to complete a Xero/Factory integration:
Navigate to Settings > Integrations within Factory
Select Xero Connect
When prompted, enter your Xero username and password, along with your authenticator code if required.
Click Allow access
You will now be requested to specify your default Sales and Purchase accounts. These accounts are used when generating invoices in Xero that contain products that are not linked to specific Xero products. To ensure the invoice can be created, Factory will use a default sales or purchase account for that line item.
You are now successfully connected, and can import Customers and Suppliers, and set integration settings.
