Customers: Delivery Address

View and manage all Delivery addresses associated with a Customer

Overview

View, add, edit, or delete Delivery addresses in the Delivery addresses tab for each customer.

๐Ÿ‘ฅ Access Permissions: only users with access to Customers can view Customers main page. Please review user roles prior commencing.

๐Ÿ“Where to find it in the app:

  • Sales > Customers > select a Customer > Delivery addreses

  • Global Search > search for a Customer > Delivery addreses


Key features


Search

Search addresses by street, suburb, or postcode.


Add address

There is no limitation to the number of addresses that can be added for each Customer.


How to add a Delivery address

  1. Select Add address

  2. Complete the address fields

  3. Click anywhere on the white background to automatically save.

๐Ÿ“Note: if Customers exist in accounting packages (MYOB, QBO, or Xero), Delivery addresses can be imported in bulk via Settings > Integrations > Import Customers.


How to edit a Delivery address

  1. Click the + icon next to the address to expand it

  2. Update the address fields

  3. Click anywhere on the white background to automatically save.


How to delete a Delivery address

  1. Click the kebab icon (โ‹ฎ) next to the Delivery address

  2. Select Delete.

โœ‹ Warning: a brief popup allows an Undo. Once dismissed, the address must be re-added if needed.
