Checklists overview
Create Checklists, with Items, to prioritise and track items that need to be accomplished to complete a Sales Order.

Checklist page features
Add attachments to Items, track completion, delete Checklists, and save commonly used Checklists as Templates.
Sales Order # and Customer name
Every page has the Sales Order # and Customer name at the top of the page.
Action buttons
Each Sales Order will also have Action buttons; these will differ depending on the stage the Order is at.

๐๏ธ Note: Close will close the Order saving changes and will leave the status unchanged. Any updates will not pushed through to your accounting package.

List down to-do Items to complete Sales Order efficiently.

Attachments
Attachments can be documentations of each Checklist Items.
Checklist Templates
Save commonly used Checklists as a Template for future re-use, and Add Template to another job, or Delete Template if no longer required.

Track Completion of Items
Select the radio button aligned to an Item to mark as Completed.
๐๏ธ Note: Factory will calculate how many tasks are Completed with a timestamp and initials of the User/Team member who completed the task
View the numbers to the right of the Checklist name for the number of items completed and open Items still to be completed.
๐๏ธ Note: when you add Items to your Checklist youโll notice Factory automatically creates a tally of the number of items and how many are completed.
