Overview
The Details Page shows the full information for a selected Timesheet, including the team member's weekly calendar, individual time entries with their statuses, and controls for approving, deleting, or adding new entries.

Some features are only visible or accessible to Administrators and Power Users. Review user roles before managing Timesheets.

The main body of the Timesheet details page is split into three sections:
Weekly calendar
Displays the selected team member's name and a weekly calendar view. The total Time Worked for each day appears below the date.
Search and Options section
Search, filter, take action on time entries, or add a new Timesheet.
Search
Search by Order #, Customer name, Notes, Line Items, or Products clocked on.
Filter by type
Filter time entries by Attendance, Work, or Break to quickly locate specific entries.
Options
Bulk actions for selected time entries:
Approve
Unapprove
Delete

Options remain disabled (greyed out) until at least one time entry is selected.
Add timesheet
Click Add timesheet to add a new time entry for a team member.
Time entries
Lists every recorded time entry with the following details for each:
Time entry type: Whether the entry is classified as Work, Attendance, or Break.
Order #: The order number linked to the time entry. Checkboxes allow bulk actions (Approve, Unapprove, Edit, Duplicate, Delete).
Customer name: The customer associated with the linked order.
Product: The product, line item, or kit related to the order.
Notes: Additional context or comments on the time entry.
Time Worked: Total duration calculated between the recorded Start and Finish times.
Status: The current approval stage of the entry.
โฎ (more options) menu: Approve, unapprove, or delete the individual time entry.
๐ Note
Order #, Customer name, and Product fields remain blank if no Order # or Line Item was selected when the Timesheet was created.
