Settings
Require PINS for clocking on and clocking off
Requires Team Members to enter their PIN when:
Clocking On/Off
Adding a manual time entry
β Warning: if an error message is shown when a Team Member attempts to Clock On or add time, this setting is active.
Prevent users from being clocked onto the same order multiple times
Prevents multiple Team Members from clocking onto the same Job/Sales Order simultaneously.
β Warning: an error message will appear if a second Team Member attempts to Clock On while another is already clocked on.
Prevent users from clocking onto multiple orders at the same time
Stops Team Members from clocking onto a second Job/Sales Order while already clocked onto another.
β Warning: an error message will be displayed if this setting is enabled and a Team Member attempts to clock onto a second order.
Log tracked time as 'actual' values on labour line items
Clocked On durations will be recorded as actual hours on Labour Line Items.

Automatically create and update Planner entries when user clocks on / off
Automatically adds Planner entries for Team Members when they Clock On to a Job/Sales Order.
πNote: Planner entries will be removed when the Sales Order is marked as Delivered, Installed, or Picked Up.
Automatically add labour line items to orders when time is tracked
Adds a new Labour Line Item automatically when a Team Member clocks on.
πNotes:
Line Item will include the Team Memberβs name and tracked duration
Labour Line Items are added outside Product Kits.
Require Order # when adding time entry
Forces entry of a Sales Order number when logging time manually.
Allow users to adjust pay rates on time entries
Enables adjustment of pay rates within time entries.

Pay rates are optional
Rates are configured via the connected accounting package.
Deduct breaks from time entried
Automatically subtracts recorded Breaks from total Hours worked.
Default work days
Define standard working days and hours for the organisation.
πNotes:
Tick the relevant weekdays
Start and Finish Times can be copied and pasted to save time.
β Warning: if a Team Member cannot add a time entry or Clock On, it is likely because the entry falls outside the set standard working hours.
Options
Automatically clock off users when work day finishes
Automatically clocks off all Team Members at the end of the workday to prevent forgotten Time Tracking.
Breaks
Configure Breaks commonly used across the team (e.g., Tea Break, Lunch Break).
How to add a Break

Add break
Enter Break name and the duration
Click
Save
A pop-up will confirm the new Break has been added.
How to edit a Break
Select
View Breaks
Hover over the existing Break to reveal the
edit
