Overview
Timesheets enable precise recording of hours worked by Team Members, with the flexibility to associate time entries with specific Orders and Line Items. This supports accurate job costing, project tracking, and payroll processing.

Timesheet Manager page
Displays a centralised view of weekly Timesheet submissions, streamlining team-wide review, approval, and management of time entries.
Key features
Search
Quickly locate Timesheets using Team Member names.
Time Entry type dropdown
Classify time entries when adding a Timesheet:
Work โ Hours spent on active jobs or Orders. Ideal for tracking billable work
Attendance โ General hours not tied to jobs, e.g. maintenance, inventory, or meetings
Break โ Records break time for accurate tracking of total hours worked.
Options
Approve โ Approve weekly Timesheets by selecting the checkbox next to each Team Member
Unapprove โ Revert Timesheets to unapproved status using the same method
Download โ Export weekly Timesheet data in Excel format
Export โ Export approved Timesheet entries to an accounting package.

Add timesheet button
Select this button to add new Time Entries for a Team Member.
Team Member list
Administrators and Power Users can view all submitted Timesheets.
Weekly calendar navigation
The current week is displayed by default. Navigate to previous (<
) or upcoming (>
)weeks using the arrow icons.
Total hours
Displays:
Daily total hours across all Team Members (shown at the bottom of the Team Member list)
Weekly total hours for each Team Member (shown at the end of the weekly calendar).

Option to select to Approve, Unapproved, Delete or Export a specific Time Entry.
