Overview
Accessing a newly created or existing Quotes opens the Order details tab, which provides a comprehensive view across the following key sections:
👥 Access Permissions: only available to users with assigned permissions for accessing Sales Orders. Please review user roles prior commencing.
📍Where to find it in the app:
Global Search > search for a Quote > select Order details
Sales>Sales Orders> select a Quote > select Order detailsSales>Customers> select a Customer > select Order details
Order Information
Order # - system-generated unique number for each Quote, retained when converted to a Sales Order
Customer name - displays the associated Customer
Action buttons - tools to manage the Quote (e.g. edit, duplicate, convert)
Created by - system-generated name of the Team Member who created the Quote (not editable)
Created date – automatically recorded creation date Quote was created (not editable)
Required date – editable field to set expected fulfilment date
Assigned to – selection of Team Member(s) responsible for managing the Quote
Quote status – defaults to Quote
Contact Details
Contact – primary contact for the Quote
Bill to – billing address
Deliver To / Pick up / Install at – address where Quote will be delivered, picked up, or installed if approve
PO field – optional field to capture Purchase Order number for cross-referencing
Labels – add searchable tags for sorting or filtering
Notes – add special instructions, delivery details, or other internal comments
Custom Columns
Displays any Custom Columns added through the Sales Orders main page - ensuring specific operational requirements.
Product and Pricing
Display all the Products, Product kits, Drawings (if enabled) added to the Quote. Includes pricing, quantity, cost and margin, delivery fee, and discounts.
