Overview
The Supplied Products tab on a supplier record lists every product the supplier provides. Products appear here automatically when a supplier is set as the supplier of a product in the Product Catalogue.
👥 Access permissions
Only users with permission to access Suppliers can view or edit supplied products. Review user roles before granting access.

Purchasing>Suppliers> select a supplier >Supplied productsGlobal Search > search for a supplier >

Set up a supplied product
A product only appears on the Supplied Products tab if the supplier has been set as a supplier of that product in the Product Catalogue.
📝 Note
If the Buying section (where suppliers are assigned to a product) isn't visible in the Product Catalogue, check that
I buy this itemis enabled on the product.
Click any product on the Supplied Products list to open it for quick access to the buy price and other product details.
Remove a product from the supplied list
Click the ⋮ (more options) menu next to the product.
Select
Remove.
📝 Note
Removing a product from the supplier's supplied list does not remove the product from the Product Catalogue. The product remains in the catalogue, just no longer associated with this supplier.
