Ensure status and progress of Jobs in a Kanban board/master view are updated.

Marking Orders/Jobs as Completed

Mark the Job cards that have already been Delivered or Picked Up to have a better view of the Jobs that are still ongoing.


Ways to mark an Order/Job as completed

Jobs can be marked as completed through changing the Order status to Delivered or Picked Up in:

πŸ—’οΈ Notes:

  • Sales Orders that have been changed to Submitted status will automatically show on Submitted status column on Workflow and Delivery backlog on Delivery Scheduling;

  • changes in status will be automatically updated in a Sales Order, Workflow, Planner or Delivery Scheduling.


Mark Completed in Sales Order details

Mark an Order completed in Sales Order by following these steps, or take a moment to watch the short video.

  1. Select Sales > Sales Orders

  2. Choose a Sales Order or search the Sales Order using the Search orders field

  3. Locate status and change it to Delivered or Picked Up.

πŸ—’οΈ Note: Sales Orders that are tagged as Delivered or Picked Up will be eliminated from Workflow and will be displayed as delivered on Delivery Scheduling.


Mark Completed in Workflow

Mark an Order completed in Workflow by following these steps, or take a moment to watch the short video.

  1. Select Productivity > Workflow

  2. Choose an Order or use the Search field to locate a specific Order

  3. Move your cursor over an Order, right-click the mouse, and Mark as Delivered or Mark as Picked Up.

  1. Select Productivity > Delivery Scheduling

  2. Choose an Order or use the Search field to locate a specific Order

  3. Move your cursor over an Order, right-click the mouse, and select Mark as Delivered or Mark as Picked Up.
