Overview
The Product Catalogue provides a single source of truth for all commonly purchased and sold items. It streamlines product management through fast search, bulk actions, and efficient product creation, supporting accurate inventory control and consistent data across sales and purchasing workflows.

Key features
Search
Quickly locate products by:
Product name
Category
Accounting item number
Details stored in product attribute columns
Delete
Remove products that are no longer required in bulk.
Steps:
Select one or more products using the checkbox.
Click
Delete.
Confirm the action in the pop-up.
📝 Notes:
Deleted products cannot be added to new sales or purchase orders.
Products remain on any existing sales or purchase orders created prior to deletion.
Historical records are not affected.
Tools
Duplicate product
Create copies of existing products in bulk to reduce manual data entry.
Steps:
Select one or more products using the checkbox.
Click
Tools>Duplicate product.Confirm the action in the pop-up.
Update the duplicated product details as required.
Stocktake
Adjust and reconcile inventory levels for products with inventory tracking enabled.
Steps:
Select
Tools>StocktakeUpdate On Hand quantities.
Click
Update Stock.
Add New
Create new records directly from the catalogue:
Category (group heading)
Flashing
Product
Product Kit (Bill of Materials)
