Key features

Create orders

Create new orders directly from the Dashboard.

Steps:

  1. Select Create sales order or Create purchase order.

  2. Search the customer or supplier name.

  3. Select Create order next to the customer or supplier.


Filters

Filters and date ranges can be used to refine the data displayed on the Dashboard.


Time period

Controls the date range of data shown on the Dashboard cards. Select from the dropdown:

  • Last 30 days (the default setting): Displays data from the past 30 days up to the current date.

  • Month to date: Displays data from the start of the current month up to the current date.

  • Quarter to date: Displays data from the start of the current quarter up to the current date.

  • Year to date: Displays data from the start of the current year up to the current date.

  • All time: Displays all available data with no date restrictions.


Order Date

Display data based on the order date (the date an order was created).

πŸ“ Note

  • When using a custom date range, both From and To dates must be selected.


Statuses

Filter by order status:

  • Include draft: Includes orders that currently have Draft status.

  • Include archived: Includes orders that have been archived and are no longer active.

  • Include delivered: Includes orders that have been completed and delivered.

  • Include picked up: Includes orders that have been collected by the customer.
