Overview
The Dashboard provides an at-a-glance view of business activity, with quick actions for creating orders and flexible controls for shaping what data appears on the cards. The features below cover the main ways the Dashboard is used day-to-day.
Create orders
New sales orders and purchase orders can be created directly from the Dashboard, without first navigating to the orders section.

Filters
Filters and date ranges control which data appears on the Dashboard cards. The time period filter sets the date window, and the status toggles control which order statuses are included in that window.
Time period
Sets the date range of data shown on the Dashboard cards. Available options:
Last 30 days (default): Data from the past 30 days up to the current date.
Month to date: Data from the start of the current month up to the current date.
Quarter to date: Data from the start of the current quarter up to the current date.
Year to date: Data from the start of the current year up to the current date.
All time: All available data with no date restrictions.
Order Date
The date filter is applied to the order's creation date (the date the order was first added).
š Note
When using a custom date range, both From and To dates must be selected before the Dashboard refreshes.
Statuses
By default, the Dashboard shows active, in-progress orders. The following toggles expand the view to include additional order statuses:
Include draft: Adds orders currently in Draft status.
Include archived: Adds orders that have been archived.
Include delivered: Adds orders that have been completed and delivered.
Include picked up: Adds orders that have been collected by the customer.
