Manage Company Details, Address Details, Contact Details and Bank Details in one convenient location.
👥 Access Permissions: available to Administrators and Power Users only. Please review user roles before proceeding.
📍Where to find it in the app: Account Settings > Company.
Company Name
Basic details of the organisation can be set up here:
Company Name - Mandatory field
Timezone - Set the local business timezone
Australian Business Number (ABN)/Australian Company Number (ACN) - Enter the legal company identifier
Company Logo - Upload a logo to personalise the account.
Address Details
Provide the company’s physical address:
Address - Street address
Address continued - Optional, for additional information such as suite or unit number
Suburb/City - Locality
Post Code/ZIP Code - Postal code for the address
Country - Select the country
State - Enter the state or territory.
Contact Details
Company contact information can be maintained here:
Phone - Format must correspond to the selected country (e.g., in Australia: (xx) xxxx xxxx)
Email - Must be a valid email (include username,
@, and domain).
Bank Details
Banking information for payments can be added here:
Bank account name - Name on the bank account
Bank account number - Account number
BSB - Bank State Branch number.
How to upload or change Company logo
Navigate to
Settings>Company>Change logo.
A File Explorer (Windows) or Finder (Mac) window will open automatically.
Locate the desired company logo file.
Double-click the file or select it and click Open to upload.
How to Edit Company, Address, Contact, and Bank Details
Navigate to
Settings>Company.Make the necessary edits to company, address, contact, or bank details.
Click anywhere on the white background to save changes automatically.
