Configure account's Company Settings

Overview

Manage Company Details, Address Details, Contact Details and Bank Details in one convenient location.

👥 Access Permissions: available to Administrators and Power Users only. Please review user roles before proceeding.

📍Where to find it in the app: Account Settings > Company.


Company Name

Basic details of the organisation can be set up here:

  • Company Name - Mandatory field

  • Timezone - Set the local business timezone

  • Australian Business Number (ABN)/Australian Company Number (ACN) - Enter the legal company identifier

  • Company Logo - Upload a logo to personalise the account.


Address Details

Provide the company’s physical address:

  • Address - Street address

  • Address continued - Optional, for additional information such as suite or unit number

  • Suburb/City - Locality

  • Post Code/ZIP Code - Postal code for the address

  • Country - Select the country

  • State - Enter the state or territory.


Contact Details

Company contact information can be maintained here:

  • Phone - Format must correspond to the selected country (e.g., in Australia: (xx) xxxx xxxx)

  • Email - Must be a valid email (include username, @, and domain).


Bank Details

Banking information for payments can be added here:

  • Bank account name - Name on the bank account

  • Bank account number - Account number

  • BSB - Bank State Branch number.


How to upload or change Company logo

  1. Navigate to Settings > Company > Change logo.

  2. A File Explorer (Windows) or Finder (Mac) window will open automatically.

  3. Locate the desired company logo file.

  4. Double-click the file or select it and click Open to upload.


How to Edit Company, Address, Contact, and Bank Details

  1. Navigate to Settings > Company.

  2. Make the necessary edits to company, address, contact, or bank details.

  3. Click anywhere on the white background to save changes automatically.
