Purchase Order Options
Default columns to display on purchase orders
Discount toggle: If enabled, the Discount field will always appear when creating Purchase Orders.
Automatically update purchase price on POs to 'cost' price on linked sales orders when items are marked as received
An easy way to link the Buy Price of Products on a Purchase Order to the Cost value of Products on the linked Sales Order.
📝Notes:
Applies to: Basic Products, Lineal Metre Products, Square Metre Products, Standard Kits
The PO must be linked to the Sales Order for pricing updates to apply.
Automatically update supplier pricing when items are marked as received
Updates the Buy Price of Products in the Product Catalogue when items are marked as Received.

Ensure a Supplier is assigned to the Product for this feature to work.
Emailing Options
Customise where purchase order email replies are sent:
Set the email address to receive replies from Suppliers when a Purchase Order is emailed.
📝Note: add multiple email addresses using comma (i.e abc@factory.app,xyz@factory.app).
Send a copy of purchase order emails to:
Automatically send a copy of every emailed Purchase Order to specified addresses.

Include custom message on purchase order emails
Add a message to be included in all Purchase Order emails using the custom text field.
