Overview
Certain fields can be updated directly from the Sales Orders main page—no need to open the individual Quote or Order. Editable fields includes:
Custom Columns (created by an Administrator)
Assigned To
Click on the existing assignee's initials or the blank space (if unassigned) to update or assign a Team Member.
Labels
Click to add, change, or remove a Label. Labels can also be created, edited, or deleted from the Label menu.
Notes
Click on existing notes or the empty field (if blank) to add or edit. Click outside the text box to save.
Status
Status can be updated directly if the order is in a Submitted state. Click the status and select from the available Status options.
Custom Columns (if added)
Custom columns, regardless of type, can be edited directly from the Sales Orders main page.
