The process of changing/resetting a password can be undertaken in various ways:

The <a href="https://app.factory.app/login" rel="nofollow noopener noreferrer" target="_blank">Factory login page</a> (app.factory.app/login) has reset password functionality.

<code>Click here to reset</code> to initiate the reset process. This action will prompt a new window to appear, requesting your email address or username.

An automated email will be sent to your inbox/junk box to reset your password.

Enter a new password and click <code>Confirm new password</code>.

2. An automated email will be sent to your inbox/junk box to reset your password.

3. Enter a new password and click <code>Confirm new password</code>.

- Passwords must be at least 8 characters long, and must contain at least one upper case character, and one special character

- The automated password reset email will expire after an hour.

From your Profile icon select <code>Profile</code>.

Enter new password in Change password and Confirm password field.

And <code>Save</code>to retain changes or <code>Cancel</code>to exit out of Profile.

🗒️ Note: passwords must be at least 8 characters long, and must contain at least one upper case character, and one special character.
