Overview
A catalogue of all commonly bought and sold Products. Use search to refine your view and easily delete, duplicate, or add new products.

Key features
Search
Easily find products by category or product name.
📝 Note: Partial word searches are supported. For example, typing “eng” will return results like “Test Engineering”.
Delete
To delete a Product from the list:\
Select the product using the checkbox, or click on the product.
Open the vertical three-dot menu (⋮).
Select
Delete.
📝 Notes:
A confirmation popup will appear before deletion is completed.
Deleted products can no longer be added to sales or purchase orders.
Deleting a product does not remove it from historical orders.
Tools
Duplicate product
Duplicate an existing product to save time when creating similar items.
Select one or more products using the checkbox next to them.
Click
Tools>Duplicate product.Edit the newly created product to update the required details.
Stocktake
Update inventory levels
Select
Tools>StocktakeAdjust the On Hand quantities and click
Update Stock.
Add New
Select Add New to create a new Category (group heading), Flashing, Product, or Product Kit (Bill of Materials).
