Timesheets: Editing and Duplicating

Quickly adjust or copy existing Timesheet entries to save time and reduce manual input

Editing a Timesheet

Timesheet details can be edited from either the Tracking tab of a Sales Order or the Timesheet Manager page.


via Tracking tab of a Sales Order

  1. Navigate to Sales > Sales Orders

  2. Select the relevant Sales Order

  3. Click the Tracking tab

  4. Click Hours worked

  5. Locate Timesheet entry to be edited

  6. Click edit

  7. Make the necessary changes

  8. Click Done to save.

๐Ÿ“Note: if a Time Entry was previously Approved, editing it will return it to Awaiting Approval status.


via Timesheet Manager page

  1. Go to Productivity > Timesheets

  2. Select a Team Member

  3. Click the + next to the relevant date to expand the Timesheet entries

  4. Click the kebab menu (three vertical dots โ‹ฎ) next to the entry

  5. Select Options > Edit

  6. Make the necessary changes

  7. Click Edit time tracking entry to save.

๐Ÿ“Note: if a Time Entry was previously Approved, editing it will return it to Awaiting Approval status.


Duplicating a Timesheet

All user types, excluding Assignee, may duplicate their own Timesheets. This is useful for quickly logging similar Time Entries without re-entering details.


To Duplicate a Timesheet Entry:

  1. Go to Productivity > Timesheets

  2. In Timesheet Manager page, select a Team Member

  3. Click the + next to the relevant date to expand Timesheet entries

  4. Click the kebab menu (three vertical dots โ‹ฎ) next to the entry

  5. Select Duplicate

  6. Make the necessary changes

  7. Click Duplicate time entry to confirm.
